Mediating genres of literacies and scientific education

Resumo: This article reports and discusses an action research in the field of Applied Linguistics studies, through which literacy activities were developed in the school context, mediated by the short story and scientific poster genres. As a pedagogical intervention strategy, a teaching unit was developed, structured in a Genre Pedagogy Cycle. The objective was to investigate how these strategies could contribute to the practices of reading, textual production and linguistic analysis, providing the education of students and teachers involved in the process. The results indicated the possibility of innovating Portuguese language classes based on language research, linked to scientific and teacher literacy, so that the traditional teaching proposals are reconfigured.

Como estratégia de intervenção pedagógica, foi desenvolvida uma unidade didática estruturada em Circuito Curricular Mediado por Gênero. O objetivo foi investigar como essas estratégias poderiam contribuir com as práticas de leitura, produção textual e análise linguística, propiciando a formação de alunos e professores envolvidos.
