Summary: | The productions that address the violence that affect transgender people and transvestites contribute to the social configuration of imaginaries about these bodies. From this point of view , we present in this article the constitution of gender dissidence from the differences inscribed in a subalternizing matrix, created within the colonial and modern project of power, in order to reflect how such dynamics crosses the violence to which these subjects are subjected daily. In addition, we observe nuances in the productions, as well as counterproductions that promote a confrontation, in order to understand the disputes that are present in this context of violence. |

Desde este punto de vista, presentamos en este artículo la constitución de la disidencia de género a partir de las diferencias inscritas en una matriz subalternizante, creada dentro del proyecto de poder colonial y moderno, con el fin de reflejar cómo dicha dinámica atraviesa la violencia a la que están sometidos estos sujetos. sometido diariamente.
