Resumo: The present work talks about the contractsof vertical integration agroindustrials as a dealmodel developed in the agribusiness practice, however,without specific law regulation, which is, therefore,classified like atypical contracts. The proposal of thiswork is to aim the guidelines to a construction of theconcept of this contractual model based on the criteriaof reciprocal obligations and economic dependence, aswell as propose a legal qualification from the perspectiveof autonomy compared to other contract types inthe legal system in Brazil.
