Resumo: | This research is linked to the research line Fundamentals of Educational Processes (Line V) of the Graduate Program in Education, Faculty of Education, Federal University of Goiás (PPGE/FE/UFG) and has as its object of study the Institutional Program of Initiation Scholarships. Teaching (Pibid) and the relationship theory and practice in initial teacher education. Its objective is to investigate the relationship theory and practice in initial teacher education in Pibid subprojects developed at the State University of Goiás (UEG) Quirinópolis, in the period 2014-2018. The research follows two paths: the proposal through the documents related to the program and the understanding of the subjects involved: teaching initiation scholarship holders, area coordinators and supervising teachers who participated in the UIB Pibid Quirinópolis, Public Notice n.o 061/2013. The bibliographical study is based on the contributions of Vázquez, Adorno, Saviani, Gatti, Scheibe, Freitas, Oliveira, Santos, Miranda among others and also in the documentary analysis. The analysis of the normative acts on the program reveals the preponderance of the practice focused on the technical and methodological domain of theoretical and practical knowledge - specific and pedagogical knowledge -, for the mere application in the classroom as well as the need to ensure the integration of knowledge. built in the exercise of the profession as advocated by Nóvoa and Zeichner. The data obtained from the investigated subjects reveal that the emphasis is on the importance of living the practice developed at the Basic Education school, which suggests that the actions developed prioritize the contact with the practical exercise of teaching. The study also reveals that the actions developed in the program have contributed to the recognition of the teaching profession and that the activities and dimensions of the initiation to teaching that characterize the training process of Pibid are the following: planning of practical activities, theoretical studies, studies on the teaching, evaluation and exchange of experiences and, finally, the scientific production. Regarding the articulation theory and practice in the activities of initiation to teaching the research reveals that there is a concern to promote such articulation within the subprojects investigated. |

Seu objetivo é investigar a relação teoria e prática na formação inicial de professores nos subprojetos do Pibid desenvolvidos na Universidade Estadual de Goiás (UEG) Quirinópolis, no período de 2014-2018. A Pesquisa trilha dois caminhos: a proposta por meio dos documentos referentes ao programa e a compreensão dos sujeitos envolvidos: bolsistas de iniciação à docência, coordenadores de área e professores supervisores que participaram do Pibid da UEG Quirinópolis, Edital n.o 061/2013. O estudo bibliográfico apoia-se nas contribuições de Vázquez, Adorno, Saviani, Gatti, Scheibe, Freitas, Oliveira, Santos, Miranda dentre outros e também na análise documental. A análise dos atos normativos sobre o programa revela a preponderância da prática voltada para o domínio técnico e metodológico dos saberes teórico-práticos – conhecimentos específicos e pedagógicos –, para a mera aplicação na sala de aula assim como a necessidade de assegurar a integração de saberes construídos no exercício da profissão como defendem Nóvoa e Zeichner. Os dados obtidos junto aos sujeitos investigados revelam que a ênfase recai sobre a importância da vivência da prática desenvolvida na escola de Educação Básica o que sugere que as ações desenvolvidas priorizam o contato com o exercício prático da docência. O estudo revela também que as ações desenvolvidas no programa têm contribuído para o reconhecimento da profissão docente e que as atividades e dimensões da iniciação à docência que caracterizam o processo formativo do Pibid são as seguintes: planejamento das atividades práticas, estudos teóricos, estudos sobre a docência, avaliação e troca de experiências e, por último, a produção científica.
