A look at the initial training from the pibid subproject physical education

Resumo: | In the present work we will deal with the relations of the “PIBID Physical Education” Subproject with the initial formation and initiation of the teaching of the scholars scholars of this program. The characterization of the study is qualitative in nature, a descriptive study, using questionnaires as data collection. Among the results, we highlight that the Subproject qualifies the training of its fellows in order to show the challenges of the teaching career. We conclude that the exchange of experiences between the university and the school is positive, since the knowledge articulated in both can help academics to better understand educational practices and professional performance. |

La caracterización del estudio es de naturaleza cualitativa, un estudio descriptivo, utilizando cuestionarios como recolección de datos. Entre los resultados, destacamos que el Subproyecto viene calificando la formación de sus becarios en el sentido de mostrar los desafíos de la carrera docente. Concluimos ser positivos los intercambios de experiencias entre la universidad y la escuela, pues los saberes articulados en ambas pueden auxiliar a los académicos a comprender mejor las prácticas educativas y la actuación profesional.No presente trabalho trataremos das relações do Subprojeto “PIBID Educação Física” com a formação inicial e iniciação a docência dos acadêmicos bolsistas deste programa. A caracterização do estudo é de natureza qualitativa, um estudo descritivo, utilizando-se de questionários como coleta de dados. Entre os resultados, destacamos que o Subprojeto vem qualificando a formação de seus bolsistas no sentido de mostrar os desafios da carreira docente.
