Resumo: | Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are important in promoting innovative and sustainable actions. The application of these concepts: innovation and sustainability, is a challenge for any type of organization, understanding and being able to practice them, especially when its mission is also to teach them, makes this process an even greater challenge. Thus, HEIs are increasingly seeking to promote eco-innovative solutions. Eco-innovation can be defined as an innovation that can provide value to the customer and the business, reducing not only costs, but also environmental impact. In this sense, the Federal University of Goiás - UFG, in particular, sought to contribute through the Sustainable UFG Program. However, there is a lack of instruments, specific to the reality of these institutions, that evaluate existing projects. Therefore, the objective of this research was to develop a diagnostic model for projects in higher education institutions that incorporates the themes of eco-innovation and sustainable development and, from there, propose an action plan seeking to increase the presence of eco-innovation and sustainable development. in projects of this nature. The intervention proposal is composed of an action plan, prepared with the help of the 5W2H tool, which seeks to improve the project and expand the presence of ecoinnovation and sustainable development. The results found show that the university in question is concerned with its impact on the environment and seeks solutions to reduce them. It was also confirmed that the Sustainable UFG Program is considered an eco-innovative project. On the other hand, it was evident that the academic community was unaware of the actions carried out by the institution and the project. In this way, the importance of publicizing and involving stakeholders in the activities of the project and the university itself is highlighted. In addition, the support of the State and private companies is valuable so that the project's actions continue and continue to positively impact the institution and its surroundings. |

A aplicação desses conceitos: inovação e sustentabilidade, é um desafio para qualquer tipo de organização, entender e conseguir praticá-los, principalmente quando a sua missão é também ensiná-los, faz deste processo um desafio ainda maior. Assim, as IES estão buscando cada vez mais promover soluções ecoinovadoras. A ecoinovação pode ser definida como uma inovação que pode fornecer valor ao cliente e aos negócios, reduzindo não somente os custos, mas também o impacto ambiental. Nesse sentido, a Universidade Federal de Goiás - UFG, particularmente, procurou contribuir por meio do Programa UFG Sustentável. Entretanto, há uma carência de instrumentos específicos para a realidade dessas instituições, que avaliem os projetos existentes. Diante disso, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi desenvolver um modelo de diagnóstico para projetos em instituições de ensino superior que incorpore as temáticas de ecoinovação e desenvolvimento sustentável e, a partir dele, propor um plano de ação buscando aumentar a presença da ecoinovação e do desenvolvimento sustentável em projetos dessa natureza. O percurso metodológico possui sete etapas, sendo: pesquisa bibliográfica, fichamento, elaboração de um corpus textual, análise textual por meio de dois softwares (Iramuteq e Gephi), proposta de um modelo de diagnóstico, pesquisa de campo, e, por fim, proposta de intervenção. A proposta de intervenção é composta por um plano de ação, elaborado com auxílio da ferramenta 5W2H, que busca melhorar o projeto e ampliar a presença da ecoinovação e do desenvolvimento sustentável. Os resultados encontrados mostram que a universidade em questão se preocupa com o seu impacto no meio ambiente e busca soluções para diminuí-los. Confirmou-se ainda, que o Programa UFG Sustentável é considerado um projeto ecoinovador. Em contrapartida, ficou evidente um desconhecimento da comunidade acadêmica das ações realizadas pela instituição e pelo projeto. Dessa forma, ressalta-se a importância em divulgar e envolver os stakeholders nas atividades do projeto e da própria universidade.
