Currently, according to the necessary demand for the preservation of cultural heritage, whether material or immaterial, it has been generating debates more and more in conjunction with the area of ​​information and communication technology (ICT). Recognizing that one of the greatest challenges in the area of ​​heritage is to enable and facilitate the exercise of citizenship through the promotion of the right to history, memory and identity. The choice of these elements cannot be based on purely economic or political interests, or even be based on what is officially considered to be the ways of living, creating and doing in Brazilian society. At all times, new techniques and innovations in the area of ​​information and communication become tools that impact people's lifestyle, learning and work, allowing them to organize themselves in a more precise and dynamic way, which also changes how protect them and institutions interact with society. In this study, digital technologies are established as tools that enable the generation of greater interaction with the heritage, so that new models and action plans encompass the management of heritage in a systemic way, typing for the preservation of documentary records and of memory and identity. Therefore, this work uses the investigation of demands in the scope of the three guiding concepts investigated and explored throughout this work. The objectives around Documentation, Conservation and Dissemination, through Heritage Education, are achieved in the case of the Cauda da Boa Morte Fountain, in the City of Goiás - GO, through bibliographical research and the development of a small collection of surveys, information and experiments that by being made available to the public remotely, seeks to establish the beginning of the investigation, maintenance and more intimate and accessible interaction with this world heritage located in Brazilian territory and which is part of the history and heritage of Goiás.
