THE PEDAGOGICAL REQUIRED SKILLS BY TEACHERS OF IMMIGRANT AND REFUGEE CHILDREN: CASE STUDY WITH TEACHERS IN GOIÂNIA

Resumo: This article is a case study carried out in Goiânia-Goiás, which embrace the assumptions of historical-dialectical materialism. The objective is to analyze the dimensions of teaching of three pedagogues whom were teachers of children from Bolivia, Cuba and Venezuela. The data was collected from semi-structured interviews, and the text was organized in three parts. At first, we presented the theory of teaching dimensions. Subsequently, we discussed the adopted methodology. Finally, we analyzed the dimensions of teaching developed by the teachers after the interaction with the children. The analysis revealed that teachers developed certain dimensions commonly used to teach unexotic children. However, due the specificity of the work, they used new ways to mobilize the critical-contextual and technological dimensions. KEYWORDS: Teaching Dimensions. Immigration. Refugee Children.

Refugee Children.El artículo, está basado en el materialismo dialéctico-histórico, es un estudio de caso realizado en Goiânia-Goiás. El objetivo es analizar las dimensiones de la enseñanza que tres profesoras pedagogas desarrollaron con niños de Bolivia, Cuba y Venezuela. Los datos se obtuvieron a partir de entrevistas semiestructuradas, e el texto está organizado en tres partes. En la primera se presenta la teoría de las dimensiones de la enseñanza, en la segunda se esboza la metodología adoptada y en la tercera es hecha un análisis de las dimensiones movilizadas por los docentes con los niños. La investigación mostró que los docentes desarrollaron algunas dimensiones semejantes a las realidades en las que no hay niños extranjeros en el aula. Sin embargo, surgieron nuevas formas de movilizar las dimensiones crítico-contextual y tecnológica debido a la especificidad del trabajo. PALABRAS CLAVE: Dimensiones de la Enseñanza. Inmigración. Niños Refugiados.O presente artigo, pautado no materialismo histórico-dialético, é um estudo de caso realizado em Goiânia-Goiás. O objetivo é analisar as dimensões da docência que três professoras pedagogas desenvolveram com crianças da Bolívia, Cuba e Venezuela. Os dados foram levantados a partir de entrevistas semiestruturadas, e o texto está organizado em três partes. Na primeira, é apresentada a teoria das dimensões da docência; na segunda, é delineada a metodologia adotada; e, na terceira parte, é feita a análise das dimensões mobilizadas pelas professoras com as crianças. A pesquisa demonstrou que as professoras desenvolveram algumas dimensões semelhantes às realidades em que não há crianças estrangeiras em sala de aula. Entretanto, houve novas formas de mobilizar as dimensões crítico-contextual e tecnológica devido à especificidade do trabalho. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Dimensões da Docência. Imigração.
