SANTA CATARINA MOVEMENT FOR EDUCATION: IMPLICATIONS FOR THE FORMATION PROCESS

Resumo: The present study results from a doctoral research developed in the area of ​​educational policies. As an objective, it seeks to characterize historically and geographically the configuration of the Santa Catarina Movement for Education (MSCE) led by the Federation of Industries of the State of Santa Catarina (FIESC). The research, of documentary and bibliographic nature, has a qualitative approach based on a dialectical perspective. It uses as procedures the selection and analysis of materials produced (reports, magazines, books and presentations at events) during the first decade of MSCE. The particularities of the phenomenon under study reflect the reconfiguration carried out in the field of educational policy in Santa Catarina and the implications for the training process. Considering this scenario, the MSCE is propositional with regard to schooling. Its actions are strategically stitched across the Santa Catarina territory   through partnerships with public education networks. Education, in this sense, becomes a commodity of great value to leverage productivity and market competition, being used as a mechanism to foster the interests of the business market. Como objetivo, busca caracterizar histórica y geográficamente la configuración del Movimiento Santa Catarina por la Educación (MSCE) liderado por la Federación de Industrias del Estado de Santa Catarina (FIESC). La investigación, de carácter documental y bibliográfico, tiene un enfoque cualitativo basado en una perspectiva dialéctica. Utiliza como procedimientos la selección y análisis de materiales producidos (informes, revistas, libros y presentaciones en eventos) durante la primera década de la MSCE. Las particularidades del fenómeno en estudio reflejan la reconfiguración realizada en el campo de la política educativa en Santa Catarina y las implicaciones para el proceso de formación. Considerando este escenario, el MSCE es propositivo con respecto a la escolaridad. Sus acciones están cosidas estratégicamente en todo el territorio de Santa Catarina a través de alianzas con redes de educación pública. La educación, en este sentido, se convierte en un bien de gran valor para apalancar la productividad y la competencia del mercado, siendo utilizada como mecanismo para fomentar los intereses del mercado empresarial.  PALABRAS CLAVE: Educación. Como objetivo, busca caracterizar histórica e geograficamente a configuração do Movimento Santa Catarina pela Educação (MSCE), liderado pela Federação das Indústrias do Estado de Santa Catarina (FIESC). A investigação, de cunho documental e bibliográfico, tem enfoque qualitativo com fundamento na perspectiva dialética. Utiliza como procedimentos a seleção e análise de materiais produzidos (relatórios, revistas, livros e apresentações em eventos) durante a primeira década do MSCE. As particularidades do fenômeno de estudo refletem a reconfiguração levada a termo no campo da política educacional catarinense e as implicações para o processo formativo. Considerando esse cenário, o MSCE é propositivo no tocante à escolarização. Suas ações estão costuradas estrategicamente em todo o território catarinense por meio de parcerias com redes públicas de ensino. A educação, nesse sentido, torna-se mercadoria de grande valor para alavancar a produtividade e a competição mercantil, sendo usada como mecanismo para fomentar os interesses do mercado empresarial.
