EXILES, REFUGEES AND SCIENTIFIC DISSEMINATION FROM THE BLOG WEBSITE: UKRAINE, CHILE AND PORTUGAL (19TH-20TH CENTURIES)

Resumo: The objective of this article is to approach the history of global exiles and Ukrainian, Chilean and Portuguese refugees from the website Blog political exile-migration | digital humanities. We use texts published in that digital platform, among other sources, to insert the theme in the theoretical and methodological perspectives of Global History, Public History, History of Present Time and Digital Humanities. We found that such phenomena are temporal and crossed by political violence perpetrated by states and governments. This study points to the international formation of networks of sociabilities and circulation of ideas in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries; and contributes to the understanding of these human phenomena in distinct contexts, as well as to the scientific dissemination of historical knowledge. Utilizamos los textos publicados en esa plataforma digital, entre otras fuentes, para insertar el tema en las perspectivas teóricas y metodológicas de la Historia Global, la Historia Pública, la Historia del Tiempo Presente y las Humanidades Digitales. Encontramos que estos fenómenos son temporales y están cruzados por la violencia política perpetrada por los estados y los gobiernos. Este estudio apunta a la formación internacional de redes de sociabilidades y circulación de ideas en los siglos XIX y XX; y contribuye a la comprensión de estos fenómenos humanos en distintos contextos, así como a la difusión científica del conocimiento histórico.
