THE PUBLISHING PRODUCTIONS IN SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS:: THE MO AND THE INTERESTS OF RESEARCH GROUPS

Resumo: Based on the leaders of research groups' modus operandi, this article aims to study the interests behind the publication of manuscripts in scientific journals. As the methodological design, the authors have chosen qualitative research and prosopography as methodological procedures linking semi-structured interviews to the analysis of documents for obtaining information. We considered that the submission of manuscripts to the journals indicates not only the agent's strategies and actions to operate scientifically but above all their political-epistemological interests, elements loaded with intentions and commitment to a determined scientific praxis.

We considered that the submission of manuscripts to the journals indicates not only the agent's strategies and actions to operate scientifically but above all their political-epistemological interests, elements loaded with intentions and commitment to a determined scientific praxis.Este texto tiene como objetivo presentar, a partir del modus operandi de los líderes de los grupos de investigación, los intereses que orientan la difusión de las producciones a las revistas científicas.El diseño metodológico se basa en la investigación cualitativa y presenta la prosopografía como un procedimiento metodológico, vinculado a entrevistas semiestructuradas y análisis de documentos como herramientas para el proceso de obtención de información. Se pudo considerar que la transmisión de la producción a las revistas indica no solo las estrategias y acciones que están organizadas por los agentes para operar científicamente, sino, sobre todo, que los intereses son político-epistemológicos y están impregnados de intencionalidades, por lo tanto, en un compromiso con un decidido a hacer científico.O presente texto tem como objetivo apresentar a partir do modus operandi dos líderes dos grupos de pesquisa, os interesses que orientam a veiculação das produções aos periódicos científicos. O desenho metodológico estrutura-se a partir da pesquisa qualitativa e apresenta a prosopografia como procedimento metodológico, vinculada a entrevistas semiestruturadas e à análise de documentos como ferramentas do processo de obtenção das informações.
