Locative adverbes in journalistic news: a morphosyntactic approach

Resumo: The locative adverb, in real situations of use, has properties that go beyondthose provided in normative grammars. Thus, in this article, based on authorssuch as Neves, 2002, 2011; Castilho, 2014; among others, we present adescription of the morphosyntactic behavior of this type of adverb, havingas corpus news leads from the newspapers Folha de São Paulo and A Tarde.Starting from the hypothesis that the locative is influenced by properties suchas mobility, form and syntactic function, we performed a quantitative analysiswhose results confirmed its multifunctional behavior. The expectation is toexpand descriptions that contemplate adverbs and to contribute to the teachingof this category.

Así, en esteartículo, fundamentado en autores como Neves, 2002, 2011; Castilho, 2014;entre otros, presentamos una descripción del comportamiento morfosintácticode ese tipo de adverbio, teniendo como corpus leads de noticias de losperiódicos Folha de São Paulo y La Tarde. A partir de las hipótesis de queel locativo es influenciado por propiedades como movilidad, forma y funciónsintáctica, realizamos un análisis cuantitativo cuyos resultados confirmaron sucomportamiento multifuncional. La expectativa es ampliar descripciones quecontemplen adverbios y contribuir con la enseñanza de esa clase.Considerando estudos de base funcionalista (NEVES, 2002, 2011; CASTILHO, 2014; entre outros), apresentamos, neste artigo, uma descrição e análise do comportamento morfossintático do advérbio locativo em leads presentes em chamadas de capa dos jornais Folha de São Paulo e A Tarde.
