Resumo: | This article aims to reflect on the aspects of Information and Communication Technology and Assistive Technology in the process of educational inclusion of People with Disabilities. Its context is constituted by the aspects extracted during the developments of the doctoral thesis in the Postgraduate Program in Education of the Federal University of Sergipe defended in July 2021. The proposal of the use of technologies is in the capacity to enhance learning and inclusion in the school environment. Thus, the teacher who will work with the technologies in the school, must know them and know how to use them. Therefore, the importance of the resources used, here the TA stands out, which should be seen as an ally in the realization and promotion of the interaction of the student with disability and his development. It is necessary to elucidate the aspects, in order to understand the person with disability as a human being who has a long-term impairment of a physical, mental, intellectual or sensory nature, which, in interaction with one or more barriers, may obstruct their full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with other people, considering the fundamental aspects. It is for these and other reasons that the evolution of technology reveals, at every moment of its history, a profound interaction between the incentives and opportunities that favor technological innovations and the sociocultural conditions |

Su contexto consiste en los aspectos extraídos durante el desarrollo de la tesis doctoral en el Programa de Posgrado en Educación de la Universidad Federal de Sergipe defendida en julio de 2021. La propuesta del uso de las tecnologías está en la capacidad de potenciar el aprendizaje y la inclusión en el ámbito escolar. De esta forma, el docente que vaya a trabajar con tecnologías en la escuela debe conocerlas y saber utilizarlas. Por lo tanto, la importancia de los recursos utilizados, aquí destacamos la Tecnología Asistiva, la cual debe ser vista como un aliado en la efectividad y promoción de la interacción del estudiante con discapacidad y su desarrollo. Es necesario dilucidar los aspectos, a fin de entender a la persona con discapacidad como un ser humano que tiene una deficiencia de largo plazo de carácter físico, mental, intelectual o sensorial, que, en interacción con una o más barreras, puede obstaculicen su participación plena y efectiva en la sociedad en igualdad de condiciones con las demás personas, considerando los aspectos fundamentales. Es por estas y otras razones que la evolución de la tecnología revela, en cada momento de su historia, una profunda interacción entre los incentivos y oportunidades que favorecen las innovaciones tecnológicas y las condiciones socioculturales.Este artigo objetiva refletir sobre os aspectos da Tecnologia de Informação e Comunicação e a Tecnologia Assistiva no processo de inclusão educacional da Pessoa com Deficiência. Seu contexto é constituído dos aspectos extraído durante os desdobramentos da tese de doutorado no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Sergipe defendida em julho de 2021. A proposta do uso das tecnologias está na capacidade de potencializar o aprendizado e a inclusão no ambiente escolar. Dessa forma, o professor que atuará com as tecnologias na escola, deve conhecê-las e saber como utilizá-las. Por isso a importância dos recursos utilizados, aqui se destacam a TA, que deve ser vista como aliada na efetivação e promoção da interação do aluno com deficiência e seu desenvolvimento. É necessário elucubrar sobre os aspectos, no sentido de compreender a pessoa com deficiência como ser humano que possui impedimento de longo prazo de natureza física, mental, intelectual ou sensorial, o que, em interação com uma ou mais barreiras, pode obstruir sua participação plena e efetiva na sociedade em igualdade de condições com as demais pessoas, considerando os aspectos fundamentais.
