Concrete poetry, dramaturgy and performance: Reflections for the materialization of words and presences

Resumo: | This article dwells on the dramaturgy, spatiality and scenic materialization from the book-object “Viva Vaia: Poesia 1949-1979” by Augusto de Campos, one of the forerunners of Concrete Poetry in Brazil. The reflections herein are also guided by the materialization of some poems from the anthology through a creative process carried out between 2020 and 2021 by undergraduate students in Performing Arts at Unicamp, using the object-book as a performative dramaturgy. In this process of creation and transcreation, several intersections were observed between performance art, the Performative Theatre and the Presence Studies. |

Les réflexions ici sont également guidées par la matérialisation de certains poèmes de l'anthologie à travers un processus de création mené entre 2020 et 2021 par des étudiants de premier cycle en arts de la scène à Unicamp, utilisant l'objet-livre comme dramaturgie performative. Dans ce processus de création et de transcréation, plusieurs intersections ont été observées entre l'art de la performance, le théâtre performatif et les études de présence.Pensar a dramaturgia, a espacialidade e a materialização cênica a partir do livro-objeto “Viva Vaia: Poesia 1949-1979” de Augusto de Campos, um dos precursores da Poesia Concreta no Brasil. As reflexões contidas neste artigo orientam-se também pelo processo criativo de materialização de alguns poemas da antologia, realizado entre 2020 e 2021 por alunos da graduação em Artes Cênicas da Unicamp, utilizando o livro-objeto como dramaturgia performativa.
