Resumo: This article aims to analyze Natália Ginzburg's approach to objects, with a focus on the novel "Caro Michele". In this narrative, the author presents a rich tapestry of objects that play a more profound role than mere replication of reality. Acting as mediators between the tangible and intangible, these objects often transform into supports for memories and emotions, adding layers of meaning. In the work at hand, the relationship between objects and memory gains prominence, and by investigating it, it becomes possible to comprehend how tangible elements intertwine with characters' emotions and recollections, becoming agents of significance and reminiscence.
