LEISURE IN THE WATERS OF THE BLACK RIVER - AM: BEYOND FUN AND REST

Resumo: This article is a synthesis of part of the master's thesis developed in the Tumbira community, Sustainable Development Reserve (RDS) of the Rio Negro in Amazonas, completed in 2018. It aims to analyze the sociocultural relations in the leisure time of the Tumbira community , observed during the interview process and continues in depth in the ongoing PhD. It is a field research, descriptive and exploratory, with a qualitative approach, carried out through semi-structured interviews. Fifteen families from the thirty-two that made up the community during the research period participated in the study, represented by female heads of households, men and young people over eighteen. As a result, leisure time was revealed to go beyond entertainment or rest, as it is in the moment of relaxation that sociability relationships are spontaneously expressed, allowing us to see how the social and cultural structure of the community is configured. It is concluded that leisure and culture are inseparable, as leisure practices are culturally intertwined in each member of the community.   Keywords: Leisure; Community; Conservation Unit.

Tiene como objetivo analizar las relaciones socioculturales en el tiempo libre de la Tumbira. comunidad, observado durante el proceso de entrevista y continúa en profundidad en el doctorado en curso. Es una investigación de campo, descriptiva y exploratoria, con enfoque cualitativo, realizada a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas. En el estudio participaron quince familias de las treinta y dos que componían la comunidad durante el período de investigación, representadas por mujeres jefas de hogar, hombres y jóvenes mayores de dieciocho años. Como resultado, el tiempo de ocio se reveló para ir más allá del entretenimiento o el descanso, ya que es en el momento de relajación donde las relaciones de sociabilidad se expresan de manera espontánea, permitiéndonos ver cómo se configura la estructura social y cultural de la comunidad. Se concluye que el ocio y la cultura son inseparables, ya que las prácticas de ocio se entrelazan culturalmente en cada miembro de la comunidad.   Palabras llave: Ocio; Comunidad; Unidad de Conservación.O presente artigo é uma síntese de parte da dissertação de mestrado desenvolvida na comunidade Tumbira, Reserva de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (RDS) do Rio Negro no Amazonas, concluída em 2018. Tem por objetivo analisar as relações socioculturais nos momentos de lazer da comunidade Tumbira, observadas durante o processo de entrevistas e segue em aprofundamento no doutoramento em curso. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, descritiva e exploratória, de abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Participaram do estudo quinze famílias das trinta e duas que compunham a comunidade no período da pesquisa, representadas por mulheres chefes de famílias, homens e jovens a partir de dezoito anos.  Como resultado revelou o tempo de lazer para além do divertimento ou descanso, pois é no momento de descontração que as relações de sociabilidade são externadas espontaneamente, deixando enxergar como se configura a estrutura social e cultural da comunidade.
