Resumo: In this brief tribute to Professor Carrieri I have tried to do just that, pay tribute to him. I didn't try to show the size of his academic achievements, which are many, or the size of his lattes, which are quite large. I tried to pay homage through the area where we have the closest connection, cinema, particularly new cinema. To do this, I brought some allegories, with all poetic and aesthetic license, relating Carrieri, and ordinary management, to works (films and texts) by Glauber Rocha. Carrieri is a professor-researcher of great relevance to Organizational Studies. He is authentic and sought resistance for transformation in everyday - ordinary - management. Just as Cinema Novo looked to the Aesthetics of Hunger and Underdevelopment for the path to resistance.

No he intentado mostrar la magnitud de sus logros académicos, que son muchos, ni el tamaño de sus cafés con leche, que son bastante grandes. He intentado homenajearle a través del ámbito en el que tenemos una conexión más estrecha, el cine, en particular el nuevo cine. Para ello, aporté algunas alegorías, con toda licencia poética y estética, relacionando a Carrieri, y la gestión ordinaria, con obras (películas y textos) de Glauber Rocha. Carrieri es un profesor-investigador de gran relevancia para los Estudios Organizacionales, auténtico, que buscó resistencias para la transformación en la gestión cotidiana - ordinaria. Así como el Cinema Novo buscó el camino de la resistencia en la Estética del Hambre y del Subdesarrollo.Nessa breve homenagem ao professor Carrieri busquei exatamente isso, homenageá-lo. Não intentei mostrar o tamanho dos seus feitos acadêmicos, que são muitos, nem o tamanho do seu lattes, que é bem grande. Procurei fazer a homenagem por onde nos ligamos mais proximamente, o cinema, em particular o cinema novo. Para isso, trouxe algumas alegorias, com toda licença poética e estética, relacionando o Carrieri, e a gestão ordinária, com obras (filmes e textos) do Glauber Rocha. Carrieri é um professor-pesquisador de grande relevância para os Estudos Organizacionais, autêntico, buscou na gestão do cotidiano – ordinária – a resistência para a transformação.
