WOMEN AND INEQUALITY INSIDE THE WORK WORLD: AN ANALYSIS OF THE DISCOURSE FROM FEMALE OUTSOURCED WORKERS AT UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE ALFENAS

Resumo: | Work has always been present in the history of societies. However, changes on these relations structures caused the development of exploration and opression ways like outsourcing, which affects, besides lower classes, social minorities, like women. So, the main objective is to analyse the female outsourced workers work relations at UNIFAL-MG – Campus Varginha, having as specific points: characterization of the female outsourcing workers; comprehension of the meaning of work for the female ourtsorced workers and identification of difficulties and problems faced by female ourtsorced workers inside their working environment. For this, the female workers were interviewed and the discourses were analyzes by Critical Discourse Anaylsis. It was concluded that work isn’t seen as something emancipatory, and that the female outsorced workers suffers from exclusion, invisibility and discrimination becauseof belonging to a group affected by labor deterioriation and gender discrimination. |

El trabajo siempre estuvo presente en la historia de las sociedades. Sin embargo, cambios en las estructuras de estas relaciones hicieron que se desarrollas formas de explotación y opresión siendo una de ellas la tercerización, la cual alcanza a las minorías sociales, como las mujeres. Así, el objetivo general analizar las relaciones de trabajo de las trabajadoras tercerizadas en el campus Varginha de la UNIFAL-MG, teniendo específicamente: la caracterización de las trabajadoras tercerizadas; comprensión del sentido del trabajo para las trabajadoras tercerizadas e identificación de las dificultades enfrentados por mujeres tercerizadas dentro del ambiente de trabajo. Para ello, las trabajadoras fueron entrevistadas y los discursos analizados por Análisis Crítico del Discurso (ACD). Se concluyó que el trabajo no es visto como algo emancipatorio y que las trabajadoras tercerizadas sufren con exclusión, invisibilidad y discriminación por pertenecer a un grupo afectado por la precarización del trabajo y la discriminación de género.O trabalho sempre esteve presente na história das sociedades. Porém, mudanças nas estruturas destas relações fizeram com que se desenvolvessem formas de exploração e opressão sendo uma delas a terceirização, a qual atinge, além das classes mais baixas, as minorias sociais, como as mulheres. Assim, tem-se como objetivo geral analisar as relações de trabalho das trabalhadoras terceirizadas no campus Varginha da UNIFAL-MG, tendo como pontos específicos: a caracterização das trabalhadoras terceirizadas; compreensão do sentido do trabalho para as trabalhadoras terceirizadas e identificação as dificuldades e problemas enfrentados por mulheres terceirizadas dentro do ambiente de trabalho. Para isso, as trabalhadoras foram entrevistadas e os discursos analisados através da Análise Crítica do Discurso (ACD).
