Resumo: This study set out to investigate the contributions of the Interorganizational Technical Cooperation Agreements to the achievement of the Mission of a Federal Education Institution located in Agreste de Pernambuco. Interviews and document mapping were carried out, culminating in a set of 8 (eight) Technical Cooperation Agreement Terms analyzed. Proposals for contributions to the fulfillment of the Mission were found in the areas of Education, Extension and Research, through sharing / reducing costs, sharing experiences, market power, access to solutions and social capital. The study provides useful information for the management of Federal Education Institutions, in addition to leveraging new research in the field of collaborative experiences. Este estudo se propôs a investigar as contribuições dos Acordos de Cooperação Técnica Interorganizacionais para o alcance da Missão de uma Instituição Federal de Ensino situada no Agreste de Pernambuco. Foram realizadas entrevistas e mapeamento de documentos que culminaram num conjunto de 8 (oito) Termos de Acordos de Cooperação Técnica analisados. Constataram-se proposições de contribuições ao cumprimento da Missão nas áreas de Ensino, Extensão e Pesquisa, através do compartilhamento/redução de custos, compartilhamento de experiências, poder de mercado, acesso a soluções e capital social.
