Resumo: | The Consumer Transformative Research (TCR) has advanced through the last years, and it has been more lacunar than the attention of field researchers. One of them refers to result and format of the result. Based o n the constancy of this gap, this article, which is an essay, looks for some issues such as the construction of social technologies as the product of consumer transformative research, and it was articulated by an inspiration from psycho -sociology. Such perspective is justified by the similarities between the TCR and social technologies approaches, in a construction process inspired by the constructivist direction of psycho -sociology. Through the debate, which is started in this paper, it is expected that th e result of the researches in TCR present social technologies, which are properly appropriated by the respondents, become assertive in the treatment of consumption themes, increasing individual and collective well - being. |

Through the debate, which is started in this paper, it is expected that th e result of the researches in TCR present social technologies, which are properly appropriated by the respondents, become assertive in the treatment of consumption themes, increasing individual and collective well - being.Ainda que a profusão de trabalhos baseados na Transformative Consumer Research (TCR) tenha aumentado nos últimos anos, existem certas lacunas que precisam de maior atenção dos pesquisadores do campo. Uma delas refere-se tanto ao resultado quanto ao formato dos resultados das pesquisas. A partir da constatação dessa lacuna, este artigo, de cunho ensaístico, buscou discutir algumas questões atinentes à construção de tecnologias sociais como produto da pesquisa transformativa do consumidor, articulada por uma inspiração advinda da psicossociologia. Tal perspectiva se justifica pela similaridade entre as abordagens da TCR e das tecnologias sociais, em um processo de construção inspirado pela orientação construtivista da psicossociologia. Por meio desse debate, que é inaugurado nesse trabalho, espera-se que o resultado das pesquisas em TCR apresentem tecnologias sociais, que devidamente apropriadas pelos pesquisados, se tornem assertivas na tratativa de temáticas de consumo, aumentando o bem-estar a nível individual e coletivo.
