Resumo: The organizational climate is related to organizational performance and its diagnosis allows us to assess aspects related to the perception of employees of factors such as leadership, interpersonal relationships, work structure, remuneration, norms, among others. This research proposes to diagnose the Organizational Climate of the Judicial District of Corumbá/MS/Brazil. For this purpose, a survey was carried out with 44 employees from the aforementioned institution. The data were collected using the instrument developed by Villardi,Ferraz  and Dubeux (2011). The diagnosis revealed that the factor “compliance with the rules” was the most present among the other factors of the organizational climate, which suggests a relationship with the nature of the work of the judiciary, in which compliance with laws, regulations, etc. are part of the daily lives of these servers. The least present factor was “recognition”, an important factor to promote motivation, personal and professional achievements in organizations.
