APPROACHING CREATION THROUGH EXPERIENCE

Resumo: | Considering the experience of acts considered by subjects as the most significant of their existence (creating, acting on oneself, undertaking, establishing a love relationship, etc.) presupposes the availability of tools for analyzing the configurations of activities in play, but also the constructions of meanings/donations of meanings operated around them in the paths of the subjects and in their interactions. This is the path explored by a collective research project, undertaken in 2018 by the Unesco Cnam Formation and Professional Practices Chair, extended by the Unesco Chair for Professional Training, Personal Construction and Social Transformation at the Institut Catholique de Paris. It focused on the transversal issues of creative experiences in social and professional life, from the artistic/cultural to the industrial/organizational. Within the framework of a shared anthropology of activities, crossing the construction of activities and subjects, this research associated scientific and professional partners, and aimed at the construction of analysis tools, usable by/for research, training, and the optimisation of actions. The experiences analyzed were identified in different professional fields based on accounts of experience collected in the research process itself or in publications and produced in different contexts: exchange workshops, biographical interviews, explanatory interviews, testimonies, observations or discussions in the field, public seminars, reading groups. The transcribed verbatims provided information on the experiences in the very moments of creation, mentioned in this article, and on the experiences of creators as a life course, on the communication of these experiences in a support/training situation. The research establishes the joint character of the transformations carried out and defines creation as a joint transformation of the product of the activity, the activity itself and the subject in activity. |

Tener en cuenta la experiencia de los actos considerados por los sujetos como los más significativos de su existencia (crear, actuar sobre sí mismo, emprender, establecer una relación amorosa, etc.) presupone disponer de herramientas para analizar las configuraciones de las actividades en juego, pero también las construcciones de sentido/donaciones de sentido que se realizan en torno a ellas en las trayectorias de los sujetos y en sus interacciones. Este es el camino que explora un proyecto de investigación colectivo, realizado en 2018 por la Cátedra Unesco Cnam de Formación y Prácticas Profesionales, ampliado por la Cátedra Unesco de Formación Profesional, Construcción Personal y Transformación Social del Instituto Católico de París. Se centró en las cuestiones transversales de las experiencias creativas en la vida social y profesional, desde lo artístico/cultural hasta lo industrial/organizativo. En el marco de una antropología compartida de las actividades, atravesando la construcción de actividades y sujetos, esta investigación asoció a socios científicos y profesionales, y tuvo como objetivo la construcción de herramientas de análisis, utilizables por/para la investigación, la formación y la optimización de las acciones. Las experiencias analizadas se identificaron en diferentes ámbitos profesionales a partir de relatos de experiencias recogidas en el propio proceso de investigación o en publicaciones y producidas en diferentes contextos: talleres de intercambio, entrevistas biográficas, entrevistas explicativas, testimonios, observaciones o debates sobre el terreno, seminarios públicos, grupos de lectura. Los verbatims transcritos proporcionaron información sobre las experiencias en los propios momentos de creación, mencionados en este artículo, y sobre las experiencias de los creadores como curso de vida, sobre la comunicación de estas experiencias en una situación de apoyo/formación. La investigación establece el carácter conjunto de las transformaciones realizadas y, en particular, define la creación como una transformación conjunta del producto de la actividad, de la propia actividad y del sujeto en actividad. Rendre compte par la voie de l'expérience des actes considérés par les sujets comme les plus significatifs de leur existence (créer, agir sur soi, entreprendre, établir une relation amoureuse...etc.) suppose de disposer d'outils d'analyse des configurations d'activités en jeu, mais aussi des constructions de sens/ donations de significations opérées autour d'elles dans les parcours des sujets et dans leurs interactions. C'est la voie qu'a exploré une recherche collective, entreprise en 2018 par la Chaire Unesco Cnam Formation et Pratiques Professionnelles, prolongée par la Chaire Unesco Formation Professionnelle, construction personnelle, transformations sociales de l’Institut Catholique de Paris. Elle avait pour objet les questions transverses aux expériences de création dans la vie sociale et professionnelle, de l'artistique/culturel à l'industriel/organisationnel. Dans le cadre d'une anthropologie partagée des activités, croisant construction des activités et des sujets, cette recherche a associé des partenaires scientifiques et professionnels, et avait pour but la construction d'outils d'analyse, utilisables par/pour la recherche, la formation, et l'optimisation des actions. Les expériences analysées ont été identifiées dans différents champs professionnels à partir de récits d’expérience recueillis dans le dispositif même de recherche ou dans des publications et produits dans différents contextes: ateliers d’échanges, entretiens biographiques, entretiens d’explicitation, témoignages, observations ou discussions sur le terrain, séminaires publics, groupe de lecture. Les verbatim transcrits renseignaient sur le vécu des expériences dans les moments même de création, évoqués dans cet article, et sur les expériences de créateurs en tant que parcours de vie, sur les communications de ces expériences en situation d’accompagnement/formation. La recherche établit le caractère conjoint des transformation opérées et en particulier définit la création comme une transformation conjointe du produit de l’activité, de l’activité elle-même et du sujet en activité.Dar conta através da experiência dos atos considerados pelos sujeitos como os mais significativos de sua existência (criar, agir sobre si mesmo, empreender, estabelecer uma relação amorosa, etc.) pressupõe a disponibilidade de ferramentas para analisar as configurações das atividades em jogo, mas também as construções de significados operadas ao seu redor nos caminhos dos sujeitos e em suas interações. Este é o caminho explorado por um projeto de pesquisa coletiva, realizado em 2018 pela Cadeira de Formação e Práticas Profissionais da Unesco Cnam, e ampliado pela Cadeira de Formação Profissional, Construção Pessoal, Transformações Sociais da Unesco no Institut Catholique de Paris. Ela se concentrou nas questões transversais das experiências criativas na vida social e profissional, desde a artística/cultural até a industrial/organizacional. No âmbito de uma antropologia compartilhada de atividades, cruzando a construção de atividades e assuntos, esta pesquisa associou parceiros científicos e profissionais, e visou a construção de ferramentas de análise, utilizáveis por/para pesquisa, treinamento e otimização de ações. As experiências analisadas foram identificadas em diferentes campos profissionais com base em relatos de experiências coletadas no próprio processo de pesquisa ou em publicações e produzidas em diferentes contextos: oficinas de intercâmbio, entrevistas biográficas, entrevistas explicativas, testemunhos, observações ou discussões no campo, seminários públicos, grupos de leitura. As transcritas textualmente forneceram informações sobre as experiências nos próprios momentos da criação, mencionadas neste artigo, e sobre as experiências dos criadores como um curso de vida, sobre a comunicação dessas experiências em uma situação de apoio/treinamento.
