Resumo: This paper presents the experience of implementation of the new curriculum Undergraduate, School of Dentistry, Federal University of Minas Gerais and describes the role of the Collegiate Course as a facilitator of teacher’ participation. This report was constructed on the basis of records, documents, and observations made by the committees of the Collegiate. It describes the trajectory of the new curriculum preparation, and the context of the mobilization of teachers. The report points to the incorporation of advisory in-stances with participation of teachers; institutionalization of the spaces of training support by School and University. The management of such processes and partnerships has led the Collegiate to legitimize their actions in the School of Dentistry, becoming an area responsible for quality in undergraduate education.

O relato foi construído a partir dos registros, documentos e observações realizados pelas comissões do Colegiado. Descreveu-se a trajetória de construção do novo currículo, sua proposta e o contexto de mobilização dos docentes. O relato aponta a incorporação de instâncias consultivas com participação dos docentes; institucionalização de espaços coletivos de formação com apoio e articulação interinstitucional da Faculdade e da Universidade; ações de articulação interinstitucional e de institucionalização das  condições para o trabalho docente.
