The teaching contract in the university class

Resumo: University teaching is discussed through teaching contracts, based on the pedagogical practice developed in the teaching of Didactic at the degree of Licentiate, from the State University of Ponta Grossa in 2019. The objective of this article is to reflect on this pedagogical strategy based on the theoretical understandings and examples adopted in the authors' teaching practice. Thus, it was discussed: would it be possible to unleash, in the university teaching, closer ties with students, considering a more collaborative relationship, with a view to the development of the student autonomy? The theoretical framework contemplates the definition of didactic contract emphasizing the relationship established between teacher and student with a view to learning the contents, because, when opting for didactic contracts, the planning concept moves from an one-sided practice (from teacher to students) to a relational view (teachers and students planning together). The authors consider it essential to adopt a teaching concept that involves students in building their autonomy.

El objetivo es reflexionar sobre esta estrategia pedagógica basada en entendimientos teóricos y ejemplos. adoptado en la práctica docente de los autores. Por lo tanto, se problematizó: ¿sería posible desencadenar una perspectiva de aproximación más cercana con los estudiantes en la enseñanza universitaria, considerando una relación más colaborativa, con miras al desarrollo de la autonomía del estudiante? El marco teórico contempla la definición de contrato didáctico enfatizando la relación establecida entre el maestro y el alumno con miras a aprender los contenidos, porque al optar por contratos didácticos, el concepto de planificación pasa de una práctica unilateral (de maestro a alumno) a una visión relacional. (profesores con estudiantes que planean en colaboración). Los autores consideran esencial la adopción de un concepto de enseñanza que involucre al estudiante en la construcción de su autonomía.Discute-se sobre a docência universitária por meio dos contratos didáticos, pautando-se na prática pedagógica desenvolvida no ensino de Didática nas Licenciaturas da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa em 2019. Objetiva-se refletir sobre esta estratégia pedagógica a partir das compreensões teóricas e exemplos adotados na prática docente das autoras. Assim, problematizou-se: seria possível desencadear na docência universitária uma perspectiva de maior aproximação com os alunos, considerando uma relação mais colaborativa, com vistas ao desenvolvimento de autonomia discente? O referencial teórico contempla a definição de contrato didático enfatizando a relação estabelecida entre professor e aluno com vistas à aprendizagem dos conteúdos, pois, ao optar pelos contratos didáticos, a concepção de planejamento avança de uma prática unilateral (do professor aos alunos) para uma visão relacional (professores com os alunos que planejam colaborativamente).
