Perception of the readers and writers subjects in the experience of academic literacy in Law

Resumo: | This work is an excerpt based on the chapter of research methodology of the doctorate thesis whose object is to study the effects of a didactic-pedagogical proposal of academic literacy in the class of Scientific Methodology, regarding the discursive-linguistic traces that reveal movements of belonging to the academic community. This paper proposes to present the instrument Knowing Law students to identify the university students who participated in this experiment. With this goal, this article works with the assumption that the construction of knowledge, in the disciplinary scope, is effective once the subject, in social interaction, takes positions while assimilating information, learning concepts, establishing procedures, and recognizing characteristic elements of the scientific research. It led us to create an instrument to diagnose the readers and writers subject-students. After compilation of data, it was possible to catch identity characteristics, regarding how the students conceive reading, writing and studying scientific texts in this class. |

Este trabajo se propone presentar el instrumento Conociendo a los alumnos del Derecho, para identificar a los estudiantes universitarios que participaron de la experiencia. Con este propósito, se trabaja con el supuesto de que la formación de saberes, en el ámbito disciplinario, se efectiva a partir del modo por cuál el sujeto, en interacción social, asume posiciones al tratar las informaciones, aprehender los conceptos y reconocer elementos característicos de la investigación científica. Se construyó un diagnóstico de los alumnos-sujetos lectores y escritores en este evento de alfabetización. Después de la compilación de los datos, fue posible percibir características identitarias acerca de cómo, en la disciplina, conciben lo que es leer, escribir y estudiar textos científicos.Este artigo é um recorte do capítulo da metodologia de pesquisa de doutoramento que tem como objeto de estudo os efeitos de uma proposta didático-pedagógica de letramento em Metodologia do Trabalho Científico no que toca às marcas linguístico-discursivas que revelam movimentos de pertença à comunidade universitária. Este trabalho propõe-se a apresentar o instrumento Conhecendo os alunos do Direito, para identificar os estudantes universitários que participaram da experiência. Com esse propósito, opera-se com o pressuposto de que a formação de saberes, no âmbito disciplinar, efetiva-se a partir do modo pelo qual o sujeito, em interação social, assume posições ao tratar as informações, apreender os conceitos e reconhecer os elementos característicos da investigação científica. Construiu-se um diagnóstico dos alunos-sujeitos leitores e escritores nesse evento de letramento.
