Experiences and teaching challenges in the training of speech therapists in different practice scenarios

Resumo: The present study is part of the discussions about the training of speech therapists through the insertion of students in different scenarios of professional practice. It aimed to explain how teachers communicate, build agreements and take on responsibilities with the different spaces of insertion of its students in the health network and with the teaching process. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The investigative itinerary was based on the realization of semi-structured interviews with the undergraduate course teachers inserted in the municipality's health network. The obtained answers, when confronted with the work itineraries, revealed that the course has weaknesses in its curricular structure and that the teacher, when conquering each field of practice, agrees mutual responsibilities with the students, the different services and with its own work process, for learning daily from the experiences, difficulties and challenges faced in the learning scenarios.

Tuvo como objetivo explicitar cómo los docentes se comunican, construyen acuerdos y asumen responsabilidades con los múltiples espacios de inserción de sus alumnos en la red de salud y con el proceso de enseñanza. El trabajo se desarrolló a través de un estudio descriptivo con abordaje metodológico cualitativo y realización de entrevistas semiestructuradas con los docentes del curso de grado inseridos en la red de salud del municipio. Las respuestas obtenidas, cuando comparadas con los caminos de trabajo establecidos, demuestran que el curso de grado presenta debilidades en su estructura curricular y que el docente, al conquistar cada campo de práctica, establece responsabilidades mutuas con los estudiantes, los diferentes servicios y con su propio proceso de trabajo, para aprender diariamente con las experiencias, desafíos y dificultades que se enfrentan en los escenarios de aprendizaje.O presente estudo se insere nas discussões acerca da formação dos fonoaudiólogos através da inserção discente em diferentes cenários de prática profissional. Ele teve como objetivo explicitar como os docentes se comunicam, constroem pactuações e assumem responsabilidades com os diferentes espaços de inserção de seus alunos na rede de saúde e com o processo de ensino. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo de abordagem qualitativa. O itinerário investigativo se pautou na realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os docentes do curso de graduação inseridos na rede de saúde do município.
