Resumo: One of the challenges presented in the field of health is the search for new ways to rethink health in an integral way. From this perspective, the interdisciplinary approach is considered important. The objective of this work is to present the experience of the interdisciplinary training of the Academic Center of Vitória’s Nutrition Course at the Federal University of Pernambuco with 497 students, 76 teachers and preceptors of the Health of the Municipality of Vitória de Santo Antão, in the periods 2014.2 and 2015.1. The pedagogical conception of the proposal was student-centered, problem-based, and community-oriented. Academic activities were marked by the multiplicity of teaching-learning strategies and points of intersection for circular dialogue. Interdisciplinarity allows the permanent construction of effective processes for acquiring knowledge, which can be transposed to the professional performance in the different spaces of action of the Nutritionist.

Nessa perspectiva, considera-se importante a abordagem interdisciplinar. Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar a experiência de formação interdisciplinar no Curso de Nutrição do Centro Acadêmico de Vitória da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, vivenciada por 497 discentes, 76 docentes e 12 preceptores dos Serviços de Saúde do Município de Vitória de Santo Antão, nos períodos 2014.2 e 2015.1. A concepção pedagógica da proposta foi centrada no estudante, baseada em problemas e orientada à comunidade. As atividades acadêmicas foram marcadas pela multiplicidade de estratégias de ensino-aprendizagem e por pontos de intersecção para o diálogo circular.
