Nursing and teaching: academic perceptions on the Nursing teaching and the pedagogical practice

Resumo: | The role of nurses in teaching has been expanded as a work space. Thus, the market expects from these professionals a mastery of technical and pedagogical knowledge. This study aimed to describe a proposal for health teaching intervention carried out with academics and analyze their perceptions about the teaching in the field of Nursing. It is a descriptive qualitative action research carried out with 38 academics. ATLAS.ti 8.0 was used to encode the collected data in the light of Bardin's analysis. In the participants' perception about the nurse-teacher, stood out on the role that this professional plays, especially in the process of the learning building and in the development of Education and Health. It was perceived by the mastery of content enhanced by experience and by characteristics that denote the teacher's competence. Besides, qualification is seen as fundamental in the formation of critical-reflective subjects. This action research points to the importance of the discussion on pedagogical training beyond the contents worked on during graduation. |

Por tanto, el mercado espera que estos profesionales dominen el conocimiento técnico y pedagógico. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo describir una propuesta de intervención educativa en Salud con académicos y analizar sus percepciones sobre la docencia en el área de Enfermería. Esta es una investigación-acción descriptiva y cualitativa realizada con 38 académicos. Se utilizó ATLAS.ti 8.0 para codificar los datos recopilados a la luz del análisis de Bardin. En la percepción de los participantes sobre la enfermera maestra se destacó el papel que desempeña el profesional, especialmente en el proceso del aprendizaje y en el desarrollo de la Educación y Salud. Fue percibido por el dominio del contenido mejorado por la experiencia y por características que denotan su competencia docente. Además, la calificación se considera fundamental en la formación de sujetos críticos-reflexivos. Esta investigación-acción señala la importancia del debate sobre la formación pedagógica más allá de los contenidos trabajados durante la graduación.A atuação de enfermeiros na docência vem sendo ampliada como espaço de trabalho. Assim, o mercado espera desses profissionais um domínio de saberes técnicos e pedagógicos. Este estudo teve como objetivos descrever uma proposta de intervenção de ensino em Saúde realizada com acadêmicos e analisar suas percepções acerca da docência na área de Enfermagem. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação descritiva e qualitativa realizada com 38 acadêmicos. Utilizou-se o ATLAS.ti 8.0 para codificação dos dados coletados à luz da análise de Bardin. Na percepção dos participantes sobre o enfermeiro docente, destacou-se o papel que esse profissional presta, especialmente no processo de construção da aprendizagem e no desenvolvimento das áreas de Educação e Saúde. Ele foi percebido pelo domínio de conteúdo aprimorado pela experiência e por características que denotam a competência do professor. Além disso, a qualificação deste é notada como fundamental na formação de sujeitos crítico-reflexivos.
