Health preceptory in different practice scenarios

Resumo: We sought to instigate postgraduate students to reflect on the recognition of practical settings teaching through pedagogical intervention carried out during a master's subject. Based on past experiences at graduation and those under development as professionals in the Unified Health System, the strengths and weaknesses of institutional, professional and personal conditions were problematized to foment teaching in the work environment, considering the three levels of health care. Simultaneously, studies of literature guided the reflection on the importance of articulation between institutions and services, with health needs as a guidance for care and teaching and between different actors involved in the daily care. Preceptorship was valued as an essential factor to welcome, structure and develop the teaching-learning process. In this discipline, everyone was stimulated to critical thinking and the ability to analyze and decide on preceptorship and the research developed.

Desde las experiencias previas en pregrado y de aquellas como profesionales del sistema de salud fueron problematizadas las potencias y fragilidades de las condiciones institucionales, profesionales y personales para desarrollar la enseñanza en el lugar de trabajo, considerando los tres niveles de atención a la salud. Simultáneamente, estudios de la literatura orientaron la reflexión sobre la importancia de articular instituciones formadoras y servicios donde las necesidades de salud orientarían la atención-enseñanza y los diferentes actores involucrados en el cotidiano asistencial. Se valoró la preceptoría como factor esencial para acoger, estructurar y desarrollar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. En esta disciplina, todos fueron estimulados al pensamiento crítico y a la capacidad de análisis y decisión sobre la preceptoría y la investigación desarrollada.Buscou-se instigar pós-graduandos a refletir sobre o reconhecimento do ensino em cenários de prática por meio de intervenção pedagógica realizada durante uma disciplina de mestrado. A partir das experiências pregressas na graduação e daquelas em desenvolvimento como profissionais em cenários de prática no Sistema Único de Saúde, foram problematizadas as potências e fragilidades das condições institucionais, profissionais e pessoais para favorecer o ensino no ambiente de trabalho, considerando-se os três níveis de atenção à saúde. Simultaneamente, estudos da literatura orientaram a reflexão sobre a importância da articulação entre instituições formadoras e os serviços tendo as necessidades de saúde como orientadoras da atenção e do ensino e entre diferentes atores implicados no cotidiano assistencial. Foi valorizada a preceptoria como fator essencial para acolher, estruturar e desenvolver o processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
