University Pedagogical Advisory: training processes for students and teachers at the State University of Western Paraná

Resumo: | The general objective of the article is to analyze the role of pedagogical assistance from the State University of Western Paraná (UNIOESTE), in the processes of consolidation of continuing education and construction of the teaching identity. To organize the discussion, two moments are listed, which respond to the specific objective of describing the pedagogical advisory experience of a Unioeste campus, based on the training activities carried out with students and teachers. First, it is about the conceptual aspects of continuing education and the teaching identity. Then, the experience of the pedagogical consultancy in this institution is reported, which took place through the execution of an extension project, with actions for students and teachers. As research techniques, the bibliographic review and the gathering of information about the described experience are listed, through the reports of the Special Advisory of the Francisco Beltrão campus. As a result, another culture is expected in relation to the theoretical and practical aspects of teaching and learning in higher education. |

Para organizar la discusión, se enumeran dos momentos, que responden al objetivo específico de describir la experiencia de asesoramiento pedagógico de un campus de Unioeste, a partir de las actividades de formación realizadas con estudiantes y docentes. En primer lugar, abordan los aspectos conceptuales de la formación continua y la identidad docente. Luego, se reporta la experiencia de la consultoría en esta institución, que se llevó a cabo mediante la ejecución de un proyecto de extensión, con acciones para estudiantes y docentes. Como técnicas de investigación, están listados la revisión bibliográfica y la recopilación de información sobre la experiencia descrita, a través de los informes de la Asesoría Especial del campus de Francisco Beltrão. Como resultado, se espera otra cultura en relación con los aspectos teóricos y prácticos de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje en la educación superior.O objetivo geral do artigo é analisar o papel da assessoria pedagógica da Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (Unioeste) nos processos de consolidação da formação continuada e da construção da identidade docente. Para organizar a discussão, elencam-se dois momentos, que respondem ao objetivo específico de descrever a experiência de assessoria pedagógica de um campus da Unioeste, a partir das atividades formativas realizadas com alunos e professores. Primeiramente, trata-se dos aspectos conceituais da formação continuada e da identidade docente. Em seguida, relata-se a experiência da assessoria nessa instituição, a qual se deu pela execução de um projeto de extensão, com ações para discentes e docentes. Como técnicas de pesquisa, elencam-se a revisão bibliográfica e o levantamento de informações sobre a experiência descrita, por meio dos relatórios da Assessoria Especial do campus de Francisco Beltrão.
