Resumo: It is a theoretical work that undertakes a historical approach. The central objective of this study is to follow the theoretical / practical apprehension of Antonio Gramsci regarding the experience of the Factory Councils as the foundation of a new democracy, of a new State from the link between culture and socialism. Culture is defined as the sphere, thought, structure of activities and construction of consciousness carried out by intellectual layers, that is, by the masses who exercise organizational functions in production and cultural mode. Therefore, this work intends to carry out an analysis of the function of the culture related to the experience of the Factory Councils in Turin (1919-1920), so that the organizational question becomes evident in the concept of culture. The sources used are the texts of Antonio Gramsci and important authors who discuss the Gramscian theory, in order to get an understanding of the political and theoretical scenario that Gramsci was in.

El objetivo central de este estudio es seguir la aprehensión teórico-práctica de Antonio Gramsci sobre la experiencia de los Consejos de Fábrica como fundamento de una nueva democracia y un nuevo Estado basado en el vínculo entre cultura y socialismo. La cultura se define como el ámbito, el pensamiento, la estructura de las actividades y la construcción de la conciencia llevada a cabo por las capas intelectuales orgánicas de la clase obrera, es decir, por las masas que ejercen funciones organizativas en el modo de producción y cultura. Por lo tanto, este trabajo pretende realizar un análisis de la función de la cultura relacionado con la experiencia de los Consejos de Fábrica de Turín (1919-1920), de modo que la cuestión organizativa queda en evidencia en la categoría de cultura. Las fuentes utilizadas son los textos de Antonio Gramsci y autores importantes que discuten la teoría gramsciana, con el fin de comprender el escenario político y teórico en el que se encontraba Gramsci.Trata-se de um trabalho teórico que empreende uma abordagem histórica. O objetivo central deste estudo é o de seguir a apreensão teórica / prática de Antonio Gramsci relativa à experiência dos Conselhos de Fábrica como o fundamento de uma nova democracia e de um novo Estado a partir do vínculo entre cultura e socialismo. A cultura é definida como esfera, pensamento, estrutura de atividades e construção de consciência realizada por camadas intelectuais orgânicas à classe operária, ou seja, pelas massas que exercem funções organizativas na produção e no modo cultural. Portanto, este trabalho pretende realizar uma análise da função da cultura relacionada à experiência dos Conselhos de Fábrica, em Turim (1919-1920), de maneira que a questão organizativa fica em evidência na categoria de cultura.
