Resumo: The paper focuses on the concept of Learning organization, its tools and methodologies for supporting the organizations in continued learning. It presents the learning modes in Corporate Universities and the different information needs of their public. It discusses the role of information professionals in the Learning organizations and the several types of organizational knowledge.
