FORMATION ON SCHOOL MICROPOLITICS: FOR AN EDUCATION BEYOND THE FORMAL CONTENT

Resumo: This article presents a brief overview of the current situation of brazilian educationpointing also some challenges to be overcome. Discusses the concept of bildung (formation) in germanphilosophy exploring their connections to concepts very important to the teaching-learning process. Inthis sense, the concept of touch (as well as the defense of aesthetic formation) is used in order to subsidizeproposals that promote teaching and learning dynamics that are horizontal, participatory and thatcontemplate the multiple formative dimensions. It searches, finally, think about alternatives in themicropolitics of school that contributes to create formative cultures in education provided by training forsensitivity and an autonomous posture of learners. The notion of autonomy advocated in populareducation is redeemed (BRANDÃO, 1985) and is incorporated into it formative traits discussed by thetheorists who approach the concept of bildung (GADAMER, 1999; QUINTANA CABANAS, 1995;SUAREZ, 2005; WEBER, 2006).

Discute la concepción de bildung(formación) en la filosofía alemana explorando sus articulaciones con conceptos bastante importantespara el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. En este sentido, se utiliza el concepto de tacto (así como ladefensa de la formación estética) para subsidiar propuestas que promuevan dinámicas de enseñanzaaprendizaje horizontales, participativas y que contemplen las múltiples dimensiones formativas. Porúltimo, busca pensar en alternativas en el ámbito de la micropolítica de la escuela que contribuyan con lacreación de culturas formativas en la educación desde una formación para la sensibilidad y de una posturaautónoma de los educandos. La noción de autonomía preconizada en la educación popular es rescatada(BRANDÃO, 1985) y a ella se incorporan rasgos formativos discutidos por los teóricos que abordan elconcepto de bildung (GADAMER, 1999; QUINTANA CABANAS, 1995; SUAREZ, 2005; WEBER,2006).O presente artigo apresenta um breve panorama da conjuntura atual da educação brasileiraapontando também alguns desafios a serem superados. Discute a concepção de bildung (formação) nafilosofia alemã, explorando suas articulações com conceitos bastante caros ao processo de ensinoaprendizagem. Nesse sentido, o conceito de tato (bem como a defesa da formação estética) é utilizado afim de subsidiar propostas que promovam dinâmicas de ensino-aprendizagem horizontais, participativase que contemplem as múltiplas dimensões formativas. Busca, por fim, pensar em alternativas no âmbitoda micropolítica da escola que contribuam com a criação de culturas formativas na educação desde umaformação para a sensibilidade e de uma postura autônoma dos educandos.
