Resumo: The Manuscript 5-2-32 of the Colombina Library, in Seville, Spain, also called Lybro de magyka, is an astrological guide, written in Spanish with Cursive Gothic script from the 15th century. The objective of the research is its description, which is developed in six stages: historical and cultural contextualization of the text; description of its content; presentation of identification and previous description; codicological description; brief paleographic description and history and dating of the codex. The document, very well preserved, predates 1527, year in which it was bought in Seville by Hernando Colón (1488-1539), bibliographer and famous cosmographer, son of Christopher Columbus. Nevertheless, it is not easy to know precisely its authorship, being the name of Juan Gil de Castiello the most cited until now. More studies are necessary for the full comprehension of this important document for Hispanic linguistics and for the History of science in the Iberian Peninsula.
