Resumo: | When starting a new company, the Business Plan can become an extremely important tool, as it consists of studying, collecting and organizing information about the business that is being started, structuring goals, objectives and the feasibility of such an undertaking. In this work, a Business Plan of a project located in Belo Horizonte, in the neighborhood of Lourdes, at Tomaz Gonzaga Street, number 388, was carried out. The property belongs to one of the partners of the project under study and has been closed for more than five years since was inherited. As it is a house listed by the Historic Heritage of Belo Horizonte, the options for using the property are quite limited and, after study and research, it was decided to study the business plan to transform the former residence into commercial property. Thinking about the best use of space and profitable possibilities, the proposed idea optimizes the business in two aspects, bar and restaurant. The market research showed that such a business format would be ideal for the region, as the Lourdes neighborhood lacks in ventures with outdoor space and with a different operating proposal from all competitors in the region. This work details the variables involved in the business plan, such: definition of the enterprise, marketing and positioning strategies, financial and legal feasibility. |

Neste trabalho foi realizado um Plano de Negócios de um empreendimento localizado em Belo Horizonte, no bairro de Lourdes, na Rua Tomaz Gonzaga, número 388. O imóvel é de um dos sócios do empreendimento em estudo e está fechado há mais de cinco anos desde que foi herdado. Por ser uma casa tombada pelo Patrimônio Histórico de Belo Horizonte as opções de uso do imóvel são bastante limitadas e, após estudo e pesquisa, optou-se pelo estudo do plano de negócios para transformar a antiga residência em imóvel comercial. Pensando no maior aproveitamento do espaço e possibilidades lucrativas a ideia proposta otimiza o negócio em duas vertentes, bar e restaurante. A pesquisa de mercado demonstrou que tal formato de negócio seria o ideal para a região, visto que o bairro de Lourdes carece em empreendimentos com espaço ao ar livre e com proposta de funcionamento diferente de todos os concorrentes da região.
