THE INFLUENCE OF THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT ON THE PRACTICE TIME OF YOUNG FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Resumo: Investigate practice time in different learning contexts for young football players. 45 players participated in the study, divided into 3 groups (under 10, under 12, under 14). Practice time was collected through an online form, information was obtained taking into account different practice environments, such as: alone, informal, formal, competition, structured (formal and competition) and unstructured (alone and informal). The first contact with football happened in the environment alone. The competition environment presented fewer hours of practice in all groups. The under 10 and under 14 groups achieved more hours in the unstructured environment compared to the structured one. We concluded that players had more access to unstructured environments and less access to the competition environment, so coaches can use this information to foster diverse practice environments and not just the formal environment.

En el estudio participaron 45 jugadores, divididos en 3 grupos (menores de 10, menores de 12, menores de 14). El tiempo de práctica se recolectó a través de un formulario en línea, la información se obtuvo teniendo en cuenta diferentes ambientes de práctica, tales como: solo, informal, formal, competencia, estructurado (formal y competencia) y no estructurado (solo e informal). El primer contacto con el fútbol se produjo sólo en el entorno. El ambiente de competencia presentó menos horas de práctica en todos los grupos. Los grupos de menores de 10 y menores de 14 años consiguieron más horas en el entorno no estructurado respecto al estructurado. Concluimos que los jugadores tenían más acceso a entornos no estructurados y menos acceso al entorno de competición, por lo que los entrenadores pueden utilizar esta información para fomentar diversos entornos de práctica y no sólo el entorno formal.Investigar o tempo de prática em diferentes contextos de aprendizagem de jovens jogadores de futebol. Participaram do estudo 45 jogadores divididos em 3 grupos (sub 10, sub 12, sub 14). O tempo de prática foi coletado através de um formulário online, as informações foram obtidas levando em consideração diferentes ambientes de prática, como: sozinho, informal, formal, competição, estruturado (formal e competição) e não estruturado (sozinho e informal). O primeiro contato com o futebol aconteceu no ambiente sozinho. O ambiente de competição apresentou menos horas de prática em todos os grupos. Os grupos sub 10 e sub 14 alcançaram mais horas no ambiente não estruturado em comparação com o estruturado.
