Resumo: The objective of the study was to compare the characteristics of the sociodemographic, behavioral and Covid-19 variables with the domains and to associate the domains with the sociodemographic, behavioral and Covid-19 variables with the quality of life (QoL) in health professionals from five units basic health services (UBS) in Porto Velho/RO, 2021. Cross-sectional study with 85 health professionals. A questionnaire containing the WHOQOL-bref instrument and questions about sociodemographic characteristics was used. After descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression was performed to assess the association between exposure variables and QoL domains. The worst QoL perceptions were associated with the physical and psychological domains of rental housing; the perception of health with physical, psychological, social relations and environment domains; physical activity at least twice a week physical, psychological and environmental; not leaving USF the physical and psychological; female sex social relationships (p<0.05). Efforts are needed to improve the QoL of professionals working at UBS, through actions promoted by public managers. These actions can bring benefits and reflect positively on the quality of life of these professionals by the actors involved in the Primary Health Care scenario.
