PHYSICAL EDUCATION AT FEDERAL INSTITUTE SUL-RIO-GRANDENSE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: CHALLENGES, DIFFICULTS AND FACILITIES

Resumo: This article aims to identify the challenges, difficulties and facilities encountered by Physical Education teachers at the Federal Institute of Education Science and Technology Sul-rio-grandense in the development and implementation of remote activities during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is qualitative research, in which 32 Physical Education teachers participated by answering a questionnaire about planning and leading Physical Education classes during this period. Discursive Textual Analysis was used during the analytical process, which resulted in three final categories: Physical Education Theorization; Digital resources and technologies; Participation, interaction and motivation of students. It is noteworthy that teachers were constantly challenged during the pandemic period, had to adapt objectives and content by incorporating the use of technologies and digital resources so that it was possible to provide a qualified education process, with Physical Education classes that had meaning in the face of the current scenario.

Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, en la que participaron 32 profesores/as de Educación Física, quienes respondieron un cuestionario con preguntas sobre la planificación y realización de las clases de Educación Física durante el período de actividades remotas. Se utilizó como procedimiento analítico el Análisis Textual discursiva, que resultó en tres categorías finales: Teorización de la Educación Física; Tecnologías y recursos digitales; Participación, interacción y motivación de os alumnos. Se destaca que los/as docentes fueron desafiados/as constantemente durante el período de la pandemia, adaptaron objetivos y contenidos, incorporando el uso de tecnologías y recursos digitales para que fuera posible brindar un proceso educativo calificado, con clases de Educación Física que tenían sentido antes el escenario actual.Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar os desafios, dificuldades e facilidades encontradas pelos/as docentes de Educação Física do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Sul-rio-grandense no desenvolvimento das atividades remotas durante o período da pandemia de Covid-19. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo, da qual participaram 32 docentes de Educação Física, que responderam um questionário com questões sobre o planejamento e condução das aulas de Educação Física durante o período remoto. Foi utilizada a Análise Textual Discursiva durante o processo analítico, que resultou em três categorias finais: Teorização da Educação Física; Tecnologias e recursos digitais; Participação, interação e motivação dos/as estudantes.
