THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASS AS “CHAMPION FACTORY”: ETHNOGRAPHIC NOTES ABOUT THE “RACHÃO”

Resumo: In order to understand the content selection process of three Physical Education teachers from a public school in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, which shares and legitimizes the sports monoculture of futsal, with the “rachão” as a pedagogical process and training as the basis for the formation of athletes. We carried out an ethnography in 2015, with an intense analytical and reflective process. The interpretation that the “rachão” reinforces the students' taste and the maintenance of a Physical Education that favors the training of athletes, seeking performance and efficiency, intentionality is the training of athletes, it is not about divestment, it is about to be recognized by the hegemonic status, and in this particular context, a good teacher is a teacher who wins the championship, even if he has to deny other possibilities in school Physical Education.

Realizamos una etnografía en 2015, con un intenso proceso analítico y reflexivo. La interpretación de que el “rachão” refuerza el gusto de los estudiantes y el mantenimiento de una Educación Física que favorece la formación de los deportistas, buscando el rendimiento y la eficiencia, la intencionalidad es la formación de los deportistas, no se trata de desinversión, se trata de ser reconocido por el estatus hegemónico, y en este contexto particular, un buen maestro es un maestro que gana el campeonato, aunque tenga que negar otras posibilidades en las clases de Educación Física.A fim de compreender o processo de seleção de conteúdos de três professores de Educação Física de uma escola pública gaúcha, a qual compartilha e legitima a monocultura esportiva do futsal, tendo o “rachão” como processo pedagógico e o treino a base para a formação de atletas. Realizamos uma etnografia no ano de 2015, com intenso processo analítico e reflexivo.
