THE PERCEPTION OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION UNDERGRADUATES ABOUT SUPPORT BOOKS ON SPORT TEACHING

Resumo: This exploratory research aimed to identify, in the perception of Physical Education graduates, which books of sports teaching methodologies can be used as didactic support material for the elaboration of the planning and conduction of Physical Education classes, in the second segment of elementary school and high school. Thirty students, aged 21 to 43 years, participated in the research. Participants remotely answered a semi-structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive analysis and subsequent triangulation of the data. The results indicated that the renewing thought of Physical Education was assimilated by more than half of the respondents. However, the dissociation between theory and practice still seems to be present in the initial formation in Physical Education.

However, the dissociation between theory and practice still seems to be present in the initial formation in Physical Education.Esta investigación exploratoria tuvo como objetivo identificar, en la percepción de los egresados de Educación Física, qué libros de metodologías de enseñanza deportiva pueden ser utilizados como material de apoyo didáctico para la elaboración de la planificación y conducción de Educación Física clases, en el segundo segmento de primaria y bachillerato. Treinta estudiantes, de 21 a 43 años, participaron en la investigación. Los participantes respondieron un cuestionario semiestructurado de forma remota. Los datos recolectados fueron analizados mediante análisis descriptivo y posterior triangulación de datos. Los resultados indicaron que el pensamiento innovador de la Educación Física fue asimilado por más de la mitad de los encuestados. Sin embargo, la disociación entre teoría y práctica todavía parece estar presente en la formación inicial de Educación Física.A presente pesquisa exploratória teve como objetivo identificar, na percepção de licenciandos em Educação Física, quais os livros de metodologias de ensino do esporte que podem ser utilizados como material de apoio didático para elaboração do planejamento e condução das aulas de Educação Física, no segundo segmento do ensino fundamental e no ensino médio. Participaram da pesquisa 30 estudantes, na faixa etária de 21 a 43 anos. Os participantes responderam de forma remota um questionário semiestruturado. Os dados coletados foram analisados por meio da análise descritiva e posterior triangulação dos dados. Os resultados indicaram que o pensamento renovador da Educação Física foi assimilado por mais da metade dos respondentes.
