MOOC “FOOTBALL STORIES PRACTICED BY WOMEN IN BRAZIL”: THE EVALUATIVE LOOK OF TEACHERS AND GRADUATING STUDENTS

Resumo: | This article aimed to evaluate the Massive Open Online Course “stories of football practiced by women in Brazil”, from the perspective of its graduates, teachers and students of physical education in Brazil. It was qualitative research, with data produced by an open questionnaire and categorization of the answers found. The categories assessment, contributions to training and professional performance were identified. Positively evaluated, the identification of virtues and limitations was accompanied by suggestions for improving the MOOC. Among the virtues, the quality of the content, accessibility and functionality was indicated. As limitations, technical flaws and functionality issues were pointed out. The graduates suggested improving the means of interaction and answers to evaluative questions on the platform, among others. The contribution to training took the form of professional updating, training to combat gender bias, professional training. As a use of knowledge, the spaces of professional performance, academic production and personal actions were pointed out. Difficulty of propositions that advanced to the elaboration of lesson plans was perceived. It is concluded that continuing education at a distance opens up possibilities for dealing with the topic, with the MOOC being one of the possible ways to carry it out, although with improvements to be made possible in order to favor the interaction between the participants. |

Se trató de una investigación cualitativa, con datos producidos por un cuestionario abierto y categorización de las respuestas encontradas. Se identificaron las categorías valoración, aportes a la formación y desempeño profesional. Valorada positivamente, la identificación de virtudes y limitaciones fue acompañada de sugerencias para mejorar el MOOC. Entre las virtudes, se señaló la calidad del contenido, la accesibilidad y la funcionalidad. Se señalaron las limitaciones, fallas técnicas y problemas de funcionalidad. Los egresados sugirieron mejorar los medios de interacción y respuestas a preguntas evaluativas en la plataforma, entre otros. La contribución a la formación se concretó en la actualización profesional, la formación para combatir los prejuicios de género, la formación profesional. Se señaló el uso del conocimiento, los espacios de actuación profesional, producción académica y acciones personales. Se percibió dificultad de proposiciones que avanzaban a la elaboración de planes de lecciones. Se percibió dificultad de propuestas que avanzan hacia la elaboración de planes de lecciones. Se concluye que la formación continua a distancia abre posibilidades para abordar el tema, siendo el MOOC una de las posibles vías para llevarlo a cabo, aunque con mejoras a posibilitar para favorecer la interacción entre los participantes.Este artigo objetivou avaliar o Curso Online Aberto Massivo “histórias do futebol praticado por mulheres no Brasil”, pela ótica de seus concluintes, professores e estudantes de educação física brasileiros. Tratou-se de pesquisa qualitativa, com dados produzidos por questionário aberto e categorização das respostas encontradas. Foram identificadas as categorias avaliação, contribuições para a formação e para a atuação profissional. Avaliado positivamente, a identificação de virtudes e limitações foi acompanhada de sugestões para a melhoria do MOOC. Dentre as virtudes indicou-se a qualidade do conteúdo, acessibilidade e funcionalidade. Como limitações foram apontadas falhas técnicas e questões de funcionalidade. Os concluintes sugeriram aprimoramento dos meios de interação e respostas às questões avaliativas na plataforma, entre outras. A contribuição para a formação deu-se sob a forma de atualização profissional, formação para o combate ao preconceito de gênero, formação profissional. Como utilização dos conhecimentos apontou-se os espaços de atuação profissional, produção acadêmica e ações pessoais. Percebeu-se dificuldade de proposições que avançassem para a elaboração de planos de aulas.
