The self-resolution of conflicts, whether in the judicial sphere or in the extrajudicial realm, gains importance in the current Brazilian legal landscape, as it offers quicker resolutions compared to the judicial route and allows the parties involved in the conflict to actively participate in seeking consensus solutions. In the context of the Labor Public Prosecutor's Office, the recent incorporation of self-compositional methods fits into this comprehensive framework marked by a contemporary trend of valuing dialogue-based solutions. Thus, the introduction of these tools in the ministerial process has proven to be particularly effective in ensuring the consensual resolution of extrajudicial conflicts submitted for the institution's consideration, thereby promoting an efficient approach to fulfilling its functions. Within this framework, this article, through a literature review on the subject and grounded in the areas of Collective Labor Law and contemporary studies on Consensual Conflict Resolution Methods, seeks to position the incorporation of appropriate conflict resolution methods within the framework of the Public Prosecutor's Office, in light of the national emphasis on dialogic solutions.
