Resumo: The objective of this course conclusion work is to study the phenomenon of Uberization as a form of productive exploitation and its direct and indirect effects on Labor Rights. Through doctrinal analyses, specific cases already dealt with by the courts (jurisprudence), as well as through document analysis, we sought to understand the legal nature of this work relationship, taking into account the different social and economic realities experienced in society and understanding the impact it has on Labor Law. With the advent of digital platforms and the various economic trends, ways of working are undergoing major transformations, contributing to technological evolution, but at the same time causing insecurity for workers who become dependent on these new resources. Thus, the objective of this study was to identify the weaknesses imposed on workers, taking into account the doctrinal and jurisprudential controversies on the subject, in order to guarantee fair protection of workers' rights.

Por meio de análises doutrinárias, casos concretos já tratados pela justiça (jurisprudências), bem como por meio de análise documental, buscou-se compreender a natureza jurídica desta relação de trabalho, levando em consideração as diferentes realidades sociais e econômicas vivenciadas na sociedade e compreender o impacto que causa no Direito do Trabalho. Com o advento das plataformas digitais e as diversas tendências econômicas, as formas de trabalho estão passando por grandes transformações, contribuindo para a evolução tecnológica, mas, ao mesmo tempo, causando insegurança para os trabalhadores que se tornam dependentes desses novos recursos.
