Resumo: The aim of this work is to investigate an alternative approach to resolving conflicts known as the Peacebuilding Circle. This approach focuses on situations involving parental alienation, a phenomenon recognized by Law No. 12,318/2010 and often observed during family structure breakdowns. The active participation of those involved in effectively addressing these conflicts is emphasized, without necessarily resorting to confrontations. The purpose is to protect the constitutional rights of children and adolescents who suffer from this type of abuse, avoiding unnecessary exposure to conflicts through a less aggressive approach. To achieve this goal, the hypothetical-deductive method has been chosen through bibliographic research, intending to analyze the feasibility of implementing the Peacebuilding Circle instead of following the traditional procedure within the Judiciary, which, upon initial analysis, may only exacerbate the conflict. Parental Alienation.O objetivo deste trabalho é investigar uma abordagem alternativa para resolver conflitos, conhecida como Círculo de Construção de Paz. Este enfoque concentra-se nas situações envolvendo alienação parental, um fenômeno reconhecido pela lei n.º 12.318/2010 e frequentemente observado durante rupturas nas estruturas familiares. Destaca-se a importância da participação ativa dos envolvidos no tratamento efetivo desses conflitos, sem necessariamente recorrer a confrontos. O propósito é proteger o direito constitucional das crianças e adolescentes que sofrem com esse tipo de abuso, evitando expô-los a conflitos desnecessários por meio de uma abordagem menos agressiva. Para alcançar esse objetivo, optou-se pelo método hipotético-dedutivo por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, onde se pretende analisar a viabilidade da implementação do Círculo de Construção de Paz, em vez de adotar o procedimento tradicional perante o Poder Judiciário, que, em uma análise inicial, pode apenas agravar o conflito.
