Resumo: Abstract: The general objective of this article was to investigate the teaching/learning process of children with "ASD", as well as the methods and strategies available to deal with this process and the specific objectives were: a) to investigate the educational methods aimed at children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD); b) their creators and how such methods were developed. To carry out this study, the main authors researched were: Bastos (2018); Capellini and Rodrigues (2009); Capellini, Shibukawa and Rinaldo (2016); Mathias (2017); Schmidt (2016); Souza, Marques and Pereira (2018); among other authors and websites that deal with this theme. The results signal that there are many methods that are already used, others still being tested and there are still methods that are still being developed, each with its own objectives, bearing in mind that there is not a single intervention method for ASD that treats all its symptoms at the same time, but rather, each method itself addresses a specific difficulty of autism and undertakes to contribute to the development of autistic individuals in this specific difficulty.
