Resumo: The subject of legal fees in the sentence compliance phase was already discussed before the arrival of Law n. 13.105 / 2015 which came into force on March 18, 2016. Based on the verification of different and conflicting interpretations before the new code came into force, it can be said that there was no substantial change in relation to the current legislation, but on the other On the other hand, the legislator was precise in situating situations that had given rise to doubts among legal practitioners and in jurisprudence. A partir da verificação de interpretações distintas e conflitantes antes da entrada em vigor do novo Código, pode se afirmar que não houve substancial alteração em relação à legislação v igente, mas por outro lado, o legislador foi preciso ao positivar situações que vinham suscitando dúvidas entre os operadores do direito e na jurisprudência.
