Resumo: This work aims to understand what is the real right of slab, and mainly, its legal impact. The objective is to analyze the institution of the slab, inserted by Law No. 13.465 / 2017, whether it is new law or right over something else, and what really changed after this legislation. To this end, the deductive method will be used to study how the concrete constitution of the royal right of the slab occurs, through laws, doctrines and jurisprudence on the subject. Thus, it is observed that the right of slab is an autonomous right, formally established by the public registry, and cooperates positively with the society of the favelas, which will emerge from the irregularity in which they lived.

Objetiva-se analisar a instituição da laje, inserida pela Lei nº 13.465/2017, se trata-se de direito novo ou direito sobre coisa alheia, e o que realmente mudou após esta legislação. Para tanto, será utilizado o método dedutivo, a fim de estudar como se dá a concreta constituição do direito real de laje, por meio de leis, doutrinas e jurisprudências acerca do tema.
