This work aims to understand what are the challenges and difficulties existing in the Baptist National Manancial Church of the city of Rondonópolis MT. Those difficulties based on implementing Knowledge Management within the church, more specifically in the Escola Bíblica Dominical (EBD) verifying the way in which members exchange knowledge among themselves, in the vision of the managers (pastors and preachers). Already in terms of specific objectives, sought to find out if the church uses the knowledge acquired also outside the temple; sought to analyze the difficulties of the faithful in obtaining biblical knowledge; and to identify if there is a sharing of knowledge (knowledge) between members in EBD meetings in the view of managers. It is a qualitative research linked to the exploratory descriptive method. For data collection, it was adapted interview script used. Obtaining data through interviews with seven leaders in this field of research. After the collection, was data analysis performed, where it was noticed that the answers vary in their words, however, it resulted in knowledge sharing within EBD, that is, all knowledge generated by EBD members starts from knowledge explicit to the tacit.
