Resumo: The prisoners when entering the prison, the prison environment becomes an aggravating health condition, increasing the chances to illness, however, are doubly penalized by the compliance with judgment, and the various situations that prisons are present, including overcrowding, poor medical services and vulnerability to infectious diseases. The study it is an integrative literature review that aimed to analyze the scientific production in banks of national and international data relating to health in the female prison. The databases they met the studies were the Virtual Bank Health (BVS), that host databases recognized as - Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Latin American (LILACS). Inclusion criteria were articles of qualitative, quantitative and quantitative and qualitative research, available in online databases, national and international, being original and complete with the Portuguese, English and Spanish, in the period from January 2011 to July 2016. exclusion criteria were considered outside the part listed period, as well as studies with inconsistent or insufficient results, which have systematic errors, duplicate studies, editorials, opinion text, news and comments. Also excluded were those who had the audiences exclusively man. For the final stage were selected 12 articles presented, being 08 articles from MEDLINE, 04 articles of the LILACS, both contemplated the theme of the study and were relevant to discuss the prison health in the female prison. The results of the studies scored one health care ineffective and / nonexistent and stressed disrespect females and their needs, in addition to the remarkable contempt the condition of "human being", depriving the freedom and the concomitant right to health. As well as the health and disabled services, which had similar, both nationally and internationally. It is concluded that this study found the precariousness of health, the absence of prevention and health promotion actions, confirming that health policies are irresolvable not reach all women in the prison system, or because they are not placed practices.

It is concluded that this study found the precariousness of health, the absence of prevention and health promotion actions, confirming that health policies are irresolvable not reach all women in the prison system, or because they are not placed practices.A população privada de liberdade ao adentrar no cárcere, o ambiente prisional se torna um agravante para a condição de saúde, aumentando as possibilidades ao adoecimento, no entanto, são duplamente penalizadas, pelo cumprimento da sentença, e nas diversas situações que as unidades prisionais se apresentam, entre as quais a superlotação, serviços médicos deficientes e vulnerabilidade as doenças infecciosas. O estudo trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa de Literatura que teve por objetivo analisar as produções científicas em bancos de dados nacionais e internacionais, referente à saúde no cárcere feminino. Os bancos de dados em que se encontraram os estudos foram o Banco Virtual da Saúde (BVS), que hospedam bases de dados reconhecidas como - Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Literatura Latino-Americana (LILACS). Os critérios de inclusão foram artigos, de pesquisas qualitativas, quantitativas e quanti-qualitativas, disponibilizados em bancos de dados online, nacionais e internacionais, sendo originais e completos, com os idiomas português, inglês e espanhol, dentro do período de janeiro de 2011 a julho de 2016. Os critérios de exclusão foram considerados fora do período elencado, assim como, estudos com resultados inconsistentes ou insuficientes, que apresentam erros sistemáticos, estudos duplicados, editoriais, texto de opinião, notícias e comentários. Também foram excluídos os que tinham por públicos-alvo, exclusivamente, o homem. Para a etapa final foram escolhidos 12 artigos, apresentados, sendo 08 artigos do MEDLINE, 04 artigos do LILACS, ambos contemplavam a temática do estudo e foram relevantes para discorrer sobre a saúde prisional no cárcere feminino. Os resultados do estudo pontuaram uma atenção à saúde ineficaz e/ inexistente e ressaltou o desrespeito ao gênero feminino e suas necessidades, além do desprezo notável a condição de “ser humano”, privando a liberdade e concomitantemente o direito à saúde. Assim como, as condições de saúde e os serviços deficientes, que se apresentaram similares, tanto ao nível nacional, como internacionalmente.
