For the final stage were selected 12 articles presented, being 08 articles from MEDLINE, 04 articles of the LILACS, both contemplated the theme of the study and were relevant to discuss the prison health in the female prison. The results of the studies scored one health care ineffective and / nonexistent and stressed disrespect females and their needs, in addition to the remarkable contempt the condition of "human being", depriving the freedom and the concomitant right to health. As well as the health and disabled services, which had similar, both nationally and internationally. It is concluded that this study found the precariousness of health, the absence of prevention and health promotion actions, confirming that health policies are irresolvable not reach all women in the prison system, or because they are not placed practices.
